Hanalei Coffee Roasters began in a century-old plantation house, just in front of the taro patch, in the town of Hanalei, Kauai. Mark Furr and Tina Ferrato, a married couple, operated a cafe and retail roasting operation in the old plantation house for over a decade. We specialized in roasting and serving 100% Hawaiian coffees, and over the years, we served our Hawaiian coffees to tens of thousands of visitors to the Garden Isle.

These are the coffees which we roasted and served in the Hanalei Cafe for many years. These were favorites for both locals and visitors alike!
